Our Values
Built on integrity.
Focused on quality.
One contract, one lead
Design, permits and every trade under a single agreement, run by one project lead you reach by name.
A price that holds
Line-item proposals with real allowances and real lead times, so the closing number resembles the opening one.
Craft over speed
In-house carpenters and long-standing trade partners rather than a rotating cast of low bids.
Design-build, not design-then-hope
We draw it and we build it. There is no seam between an architect and a contractor for a problem to fall into, and nobody to point at when the drawing and the framing disagree.
Seven years in New Jersey
Working across North, Central and South Jersey, in townships whose permit processes we already know.

What our clients say
Trusted by homeowners like you
“They took out the wall between our kitchen and den and the number at the end was the number on the proposal. Our project lead texted us a photo every Friday. After two bad renovations before this one, that was the difference.”

FAQ
Your questions answered
The things homeowners ask us most often, answered plainly. Anything else — just call.
What does design-build mean, and why does it matter?
It means one firm draws your project and builds it. With the usual split, an architect designs, a contractor bids, and when the drawing meets reality on site the two blame each other while you pay for it. Pinnacle designs first and builds second, under a single contract — so the person who specified a detail is the person who has to install it.
How much does a home renovation cost in New Jersey?
Bathrooms generally run $12,000 to $85,000, kitchens $20,000 to $150,000, basements $25,000 to $150,000 and whole-home renovations $150,000 to $1.5 million. Additions run $100,000 to $900,000. Every Pinnacle proposal is line-itemed, so you can see exactly which choices move the number rather than receiving a single lump sum.
How long does a remodel take from first call to finished?
Allow four to six weeks of design and ordering before work starts. On site, bathrooms take two to six weeks, kitchens two to ten, basements two to eight, and additions and whole-home renovations three to nine months. Township approval sits on top of that for anything structural.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We file the permits, meet the township inspectors and close everything out — it is part of the contract, not a separate charge. And because we drew the project ourselves, the drawings we file are ours to defend and revise.
Are you licensed and insured?
Pinnacle Constructions NJ is a registered New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor carrying general liability and workers’ compensation cover. Certificates are supplied with every proposal, before you sign anything.
What areas of New Jersey do you serve?
All 21 counties, from Sussex and Bergen in the north to Cape May and Cumberland in the south. Our crews are based in Essex County and work statewide, and we price by scope rather than by drive time.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
For a kitchen, bathroom or basement, almost always — we build a dust barrier, protect the route in and out, and can set up a temporary sink and fridge. For a true gut renovation you will need to move out, and we plan the schedule around your rental term.
